We process personal data to operate the directory, provide accounts, process payments and support, improve security, and meet legal obligations in Ghana, Nigeria, the EEA (where applicable), and other regions we serve.

Categories may include account identifiers, contact details, device and log data, usage and analytics events, and payment-related metadata. We do not store full card numbers where payments are processed by a certified provider such as Paystack on their hosted flow.

We retain data as long as needed for the purpose collected and as required for compliance and dispute resolution, then delete or anonymise in line with our records schedule. You may request access or erasure of personal data subject to legal exceptions, including finance and audit retention.

International transfers, subprocessors, and DPO contact will be finalised in your production policy. A programme data export is available in your account to support your rights of access where applicable.
